Learn and apply tools to gain collaboration, engagement, and decision making with groups. Take away 5 Principles of Engagement and 6 Tools of Facilitation, including consensus and discussion models and a guide to handling interruptions and derailments.

  • Have many tools to lead a group discussion and involve others as well as handle interruptions and derailments; and
  • Be familiar with successful models used to build consensus in group decision-making formats.
